Use of the web site by any user involves full acceptance, with no reservations of any type, of these conditions that are permanently on display in this Legal Notice, and which must be read carefully by the User.

The main purpose of the pages contained in the web site is to provide free information concerning the activities, products and services of Crédito y Caución.

The additional objective restricted access for Policy Holders is concerned is to provide information on the functioning and administration of the Insurance Policy. They are therefore of a purely informative nature, and do not replace, either in full or in part, the contractually established documents, except as a Supplement to the Insurance Contract.

The User undertakes to make good use of the web site, being responsible for any damages and prejudical consequences that may arise as a consequence of non-fulfilment of this undertaking.

Use of the web site for purposes damaging to assets or interests is specifically prohibited, as is behaviour which in any way overloads, damages or renders useless the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) belonging to Crédito y Caución or third parties.

The User undertakes to use the contents of the web site in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with the other conditions, regulations and instructions that may be applicable. By way of an example, the User must refrain from:

- Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly announcing, changing or modifying the contents, except in those cases authorised by law or specifically agreed to by Crédito y Caución.
- Reproducing or copying for private use contents that may be considered as Software or Databases in accordance with the applicable intellectual property legislation, as well as publicly announcing or placing them at the disposition of third parties when this necessarily implies reproduction by the User or a third party.
- Extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial part of the content of the web site, except the details with access restricted to the User regarding the Insurance Policy signed with Crédito y Caución.

Simply browsing the site using the Internet is free and does not require prior registration by the User. However, access, ordering, hiring or use of some tools will require a User registration, and where necessary, previous signing of an Insurance Policy in accordance with these stipulations of the specific conditions regulating each system, tool, product or service.

The User is specifically notified that the web site requires the use of cookies, which are small data files generated in the User's computer which are solely associated with an anonymous User. The cookies used cannot read data on your hard disk or read the cookie files created by other suppliers. Cookies enable recognition of Users only when they have registered, in order that they do not have to do so on each visit to obtain access to the areas and services reserved exclusively for them. Crédito y Caución is also freed of any liability for any damage or prejudicial effects that the User may suffer as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by Crédito y Caución, providing that it comes from sources other than the same.

6.2.- Harmful contents:
Crédito y Caución does not guarantee the absence of viruses, worms, or in general, any other harmful computer content, with the User being at all times responsible for the availability of the appropriate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programmes.
Crédito y Caución will not be held responsible for possible damage to Users' computer equipment, programs and files, or that belonging to third parties, by any harmful element.

6.3.- Third party content:
The web site may contain hypertext links to other pages that are completely independent of it. Crédito y Caución will not answer for or guarantee, in any way, the precision, insufficiency or authenticity of the information provided by any person or organisation, either physical or corporate, with or without its own legal personality, through the aforementioned hypertext links.

6.4.- Technological problems due to the web site or other sources:
Crédito y Caución will not be held responsible for possible damages or prejudicial consequences that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of the chosen system (telephone network, Internet, etc.), for delays or blockages in the use of the system chosen caused by deficiencies or overloads in the telephone lines at the Data Processing Centre at Crédito y Caución, in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, or damages that may be caused by third parties as a result of illegal entry into the chosen system, beyond the control of Crédito y Caución.

The brands, trade names and distinctive symbols are the property of Crédito y Caución or third parties, without this meaning that free access confers other rights or licenses for their reproduction and/or distribution, even when the source is ackowledged, without the specific authorisation of Crédito y Caución.

The company responsible for the files, those involved in any phase of the processing and the companies receiving them, as a result of authorisation by the User, are subject to the strictest professional secrecy, and specifically undertake to adopt the levels of protection and necessary measures of a technical and organisational nature that ensure the data's security and prevent their alteration, misuse, loss, robbery, unauthorised processing or access, both externally and within the framework of the structure and personnel around it, considering the state of the technology, the nature of the details stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether these arise from human action or the physical or natural environment. This Legal Notice is governed in each of its points by Spanish law.
For any litigious question arising from the existence, access, use or content of the web site, both the User and Crédito y Caución, specifically rejecting any other jurisidiction to which they may have recourse, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Tribunals of Madrid.
