Use of the web site by any user involves full acceptance, with no reservations of any type, of these conditions that are permanently on display in this Legal Notice, and which must be read carefully by the User.
The main purpose of the pages contained in the web site is to provide free information concerning the activities, products and services of Crédito y Caución.
 
The additional objective restricted access for Policy Holders is concerned is to provide information on the functioning and administration of the Insurance Policy. They are therefore of a purely informative nature, and do not replace, either in full or in part, the contractually established documents, except as a Supplement to the Insurance Contract.
The User undertakes to make good use of the web site, being responsible for any damages and prejudical consequences that may arise as a consequence of non-fulfilment of this undertaking.
 
Use of the web site for purposes damaging to assets or interests is specifically prohibited, as is behaviour which in any way overloads, damages or renders useless the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) belonging to Crédito y Caución or third parties.

However, access, ordering, hiring or use of some tools will require a User registration, and where necessary, previous signing of an Insurance Policy in accordance with these stipulations of the specific conditions regulating each system, tool, product or service.

Crédito y Caución does not guarantee the absence of viruses, worms, or in general, any other harmful computer content, with the User being at all times responsible for the availability of the appropriate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programmes.
Crédito y Caución will not be held responsible for possible damage to Users' computer equipment, programs and files, or that belonging to third parties, by any harmful element.

6.3.- Third party content:
